I'm going to keep out of though since I got my refund already. I hope everyone ends up happy.

 

The TW and T4R members deserve more than this from people that are supposedly a legit company

 

man am i glad that i got my money back weeks ago because i got my lights thru another dealer early last week

 

Once again, got my tracking number on the 20th, today is the 24th, still nothing. This is what the UPS site says.
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." You would think a shipment could be dropped off within 4 days...
Very poor customer service...

 

everyone should call troy and ask whats going on.

No offense but it's pretty optimistic to think there will be any support for a second group buy. I understand that stuff happens whether inside or outside of our control and that we make mistakes, but this group-buy seems to be riddled with missteps. Rather than promising t-shirt, stickers, and timelines that were apparently far too aggressive, he should have focused on transparency and customer service. The lack of communication at this point is disrespectful to those who are supporting his business. I understand he might be busy, but I find it hard to believe that he doesn't have a few minutes to update the forums. I'm starting to wonder if tracking numbers were generated just to quite people down and the items are not anywhere ready for shipment. I hope for our sake I'm wrong.

 

ive been getting the run-around through some PMs as well. Im leaving town for 5 weeks tomorrow and was promised on the 12th that I would have them before i left.....no tracking number, no sign of lights, not really expecting anything...might have to file a complaint with american express

 

I'm about ready to bail. It's been nearly 2 months since the GB ended and only about 3-4 people claim to have lights. Troy was logged into TW less than an hour ago and didn't bother to update any of us in this thread.

 

I've held my breath long enough. I've filed my complaint with Paypal to get my money back. After repeated emails, phone messages, and PM's without response, I've had to pull the plug on this. I'm a member on all the forums that he had this group buy on and everyone is ready to torch this guy. I can only give someone the benefit of the doubt for so long. At this point, you should seriously consider doing the same thing. I do not want anybody to get screwed.

 

I have already started my dispute also. Emailed and called him several times requesting a refund. im done.

 

looks like im going to be calling AMEX tomorrow morning and filing a complaint.

atleast update us when you are online. its getting real old real fast

Guys, I honestly don't know why he isn't responding. It's rude and I'm very sorry this is happening.

I agree transparency would make better business.

With all the hiccups I think Troy should be bending over backwards to make everyone happy. Not responding has me debating whether I jump ship or not. I am sorry I started this group buy, which has ultimately caused so much trouble and headache for many. I had no idea this business wasn't prepared from the start.

With my personal business I stay up til 6 in the morning making sure my shit gets done right and everyone is happy. Shouldn't have put my name on this
