What's funny is that really is how it works..

When I replaced my rotors and pads, I cracked the bleeders one at a time (barely cracked) and kept the reservior topped off and just let gravity do it's thing. When I finally got help and did the 2 man manual brake bleed, I was susprised how well the gravity bleed really worked. I want one of those speed bleeders for my bike. That thing is a PITA to bleed because of the split front lines. I've even considered running dual SS lines from each caliper all the way to the reservior. If I keep the bike, it's on my 'to-do' list.

 

changed the oil on the lawn mower...I think it's time for a new blade...thing has seen it's share of new england glacier stones...

Def need to mow my lawn after the dog spent the winter fertilizing it

 

New blade? Hit that shit with a disc grinder!

SMH. People just throwing away money that could be spent on their truck.

This, or one of those little sharpening stones you use with a drill. They're like $5.

John, did you mount your front bumper by yourself? If so how much of a PITA was it? I may try to get mine mounted tonight if I have time.

I pull the blade off every season and hit it with the grinder... brings the edge right back to life. You can even hit it with the flat file if you're so inclined. I normally don't bother with the rocks and trash I'm going to eventually hit.

 

So glad I have a poor imagination

 

I usually use the little drill sharpening stone thing. Angle grinder would probably make short work of it though. I may have to give that try since my "lawn" is really nothing but weeds and rocks.

 

Thats what I did with mine a couple days ago, mows like new

 

I do the same. Put the blade in a vice, go to town with the grinder and good as new in about 5 minutes.

 

Exactly! Then I am certain to destroy the dogs toys hidden in the tall grass.
