Thats a good point and a good way to look at it. im usually never one to complain but its easy to get fed up with the kind of guys that have the "whatever, the next guy will fix it" attitude. I would rather work with people that take pride in their work and do it right the first time.

External cooler is a must on my list. Been reading up on them in TW. Any restriction on these inline filters? Would it be easier to mount a screw on type filter?

Are they too short? I know the ones in my kit are sufficient based on the feedback from Armor Tech, maybe the reality will be different... P.S.--you got an eta on your kit? I contacted them on the 24th and was informed that they got bitched up at the press so they had to start over

 

Just lurked around on the midtravel thread, looks like most of those guys think you should go with the bypasses, did they convince you? Haha

16/27 are the goal #'s from what iv'e learned collapsed/ extended. I'm assuming the worst i guess. Haven't actually measured them flexed out YET. I haven't ordered yet. Keep checking the site. They say if the item is in stock as far as i know.

 

My plan includes a whole new setup in the rear. All pro standard leaf pk, rear ARB locker, extended length shocks (if needed), some kind of zerk greasable shackle, timbren bumps w/ u bolt flip and extended brake lines. Will have to crank up the front CO's im sure, just to level out and then i'll be the guy with lifetime warranty CV's with two extra's on the trail......lol...and some tool's

 

Especially if it seems to be the same person(s) doing it a good bit of the time. I worked with a girl who would pull stuff like that and one day she did it to me..not only did it mean I had a 45 minute job to do, the hospital billing person was upset b/c they called about it 3 weeks prior. Fortunately I had a good relationship with the biller so I was able to talk her out of killing us.

I found some on them in the tech chat here..forget the brand but the inline one seems easy enough to install, just goes in the rubber line versus having to mount and use a spin on. The ones I saw also have a magnet to grab the metal which is another good thing.
