    we are monthly payouts as well.

    I heard JP has some of the best incentives, haven't done research but I know JP was one of the first to start paying employees off of surveys (PB's 800-400-200) payout (gold - silver bronze) quarterly on top of the monthly commissions, based off customer service.

    Unfortunely we all need bankers weither you would like to admit it or not, But alot of them are given way to much power and most abuse the fuck out of it. There are some jobs that shouldnt pay commission and i think that is one of them.

    our surveys are branched based, anything not a 9 or 10 is a zero.
    top 10 = gold
    next 10 = silver
    next 10 = bronze

    if you dont medal 2/4 quarters you get a low meets/needs improvement on customer sat on yearly review. so if you have a fucked team your fucked.
