A while back I has a squeaking issue, here the UCA bushings were ballooned I tried the Allen key trick still squeaked. I ended up loosening the UCA bolt and released the pressure. I put a little more grease with the bolt loose then retighten. Fixed it right up.

I need a pick up a spare set of Uniballs just to have the one on there still look good.

    Just a 6 pack.

Lol. Yea I've been checking Craigslist. Found 4 steel wheels for $200. I might offer him $100. Also found some 1st gen trd alloys with 255/85/16s so those could be 4 spares lol

Picked up my retubed rear drive shaft today. They had to lengthen it 1 3/4" (which surprised me) but it fits great. all U joints were inspected and they are good. Re greased them. Carrier bearing is good. Rear shaft was re tubed with .083 up from .065. When I get a spare shaft I'll have them special order some .120 tubing. Truck feels smooth so far but havent been on the highway yet.

    Thanks!

nah they are in the fog lights in the front bumper. I removed the ones behind the grille and now just have 2- 7" hid lights and 2- 2" led lights on the top of the bumper. Like this....

Mr driveshaft in Farmingdale. I think it's high too, but ill see if they will give me a break on the second one. Nwitaco said he was paying $100 something for retubes.

Whatever, I'm using a shop that's convenient for me to get too, and hopefully ill never need a spare. I know if I ever was in a situation where I had to find one in a hurry I'd be paying more.

You used that same bearing right? Is $100 what you paid for it?

Lol yea. Would be nice if it was cheaper but it sure beats what Toyota charges for them and rock auto doesn't have them anymore.
