Thinking of ordering these this week... rain dumping inside isn't a good thing at all.

A lot of people run them here too. Its nice to be able to leave your window slightly cracked open when you have to leave your car in the blazing sun all day.

They're riding around in the back seat (back in the box) right now. Maybe I should reinstall and let them "seat." The edge that fits in the channel is actually pretty substantial (read thick), so I wonder how it conforms such that it gets out of the way of the window. Maybe that's why I don't own Weathertech! I had the stick-on kind for 13 years on my other truck. Never had an issue. Not really weighed the pros/cons between the two.

I've had them in for two weeks and are still very tight, the last couple inches you have to realy crank them up. I was worried that I might strip the gears eventualy (manual windows); we have been on the cool side though, first 60 degree day today, if they don't loosen up they are coming off.

I haven't bought them yet for my 13 but had a front set in my 2006 for about 4 yrs.
The drivers side did start rattling slightly after a couple of years of use.
    It kinda made me :goingcrazy:
Other than that they did their job I guess....

I need to order a new set of rears :(

The passenger rear was either stolen or blew off on the highway last weekend. FML!

    Love them though.

I have them. I used to smoke and loved them for that reason.

NOw if i carry somethign like crazy Indian food my truck would smell the next morning if i picked up the food on the way home and didnt get enough 'air out' miles. So i can leave them all cracked a 1/2" and no one will know and it wont get wet inside.

I hate when i see peopel with them taped to the door. Buy In Channel Vent Visors or buy nothing ! jmo

    This...
I drive with my dogs in the car often and the visors are a great way to let air in and not water. Also for me I like having the windows down whenever I can and so again the visors let me do that even in the rain.

Curiosity question for those who want to weigh in...

Back visors on the Access Cab half-doors....YAY or NAY? ???

(Provides no benefit other than clean lines visually on the outside)

Well, I took them back. May go with the stick-on kind as I do like the functionality of visors. More research.

All is not lost though. I picked up a set of the Weathertech digifit mats at my dealer. They gave me a 30% discount since I just bought my truck. I was unsure of these while researching. Thought they would be slick underfoot, but they are just fine. Very happy with this WT product!

I would, just to carry the line from the doors.
I had visors on my '03 Tundra and never liked how the access doors didn't look right without them.

    Nay - they are pointless.

    I love the fronts though.
