I'm using one of these to organize all the little spare bits and parts: I just stick it back there behind the seat.

oh thats nice, I may get one. Would be good for extra light bulbs so they don’t brake as easy. Could put extra fuses and bolts and odd plastic tabs in as well.

My buddy with the FJ keeps trying to get me to put some subs back there, but idk i kinda don’t want to. May just do some good door speakers, and leave all the storage for tools and stuff.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
IDK where exactly you are staying up here, but the snow is gone for now, and no good accumulations in the near future. Ski resorts are up and running, but I am sure they took a hit with the 60's of last weekend. Real DAMN cold coming in early next week. Hopefully some snow to play in with all that cold air. I definitely recommend you give her a good bath when you get home, especially the underside. Have a safe trip to our winter playground!!

Yeah i know all the snow is gone and trails are closed. :( i’m leaving sat and staying till like jan 28th, so hopefully there will be a good snow storm a few days after i get their. I did a wash and thick coat of wax last weekend, and will do a good wash and wax when i get back. Will wash the under side good as well. I know all about the salt and everything on the roads.

Truck drives great in snow! Lol had in for 3 days straight the past week. Now for a 650+ mile drive home tonight. I think the nittos have a lot todo with how it drives in snow!! I had it in 2" to 5" on the roads(first night they did not plow) I drove in a light dusting with the rugged fails and did not do as good!

yeah. no prob. I got the 4’ X6’ “stall mat” from tractor supply, and then just cut it to fit. It’s almost as thick as the rear D-rings are tall(when facing up) we and dad used a hand saw to cut it.

I have a little bit of a gap on each side between the wheel wells, but i think thats mostly because they have a slight angle to them. the OEM sits the angles around wheel wells better, but I did not care that much, and i only paid $43 with tax, so it’s a lot cheaper then the one from toyota, and is probably at least 2x as thick as the one from toyota.

Tanks. next think i think is a soft topper and maybe viper 2 way alarm. also still waiting for my brother to tell me when i’m getting windows tinted.

and no i’m good, i’ll relax in traffic when you have to sit there and work the clutch and shift.:p

also i’m not the best at shifting. it’s that starting and stoping that get me. i like it, but not for a DD.

yeah. but if you look close at the pic you can see how thick it is. it’s at least 2x as thick as the oem, so it’s kinda heavy. I did notice, that the truck wanted to spin less starting from a stop in the rain.

but weight is not really a problem and is worth it. and for only $43. I looked for the oem, and even used they were going for like $80 I did not want to pay that for one.

Also put my bike in the bed, and tested out the tie downs. I don’t see any flex when i ratchet the bike down good.
