A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
Camera, baby! Mine looks right down onto the hitch when I have one in the receiver. Makes me look like a pro backing onto a trailer. :D

That'd be nice! I cheat, I only own a small 5x10 open trailer so I get close, then just move the trailer

Try this with the snowmobile trailer all loaded up. Backup camera FTW. You can put the ball right under the trailer first try.

Nice. I'm too much of a pussy to attempt that right now, even though it would look sick!

The ebay lights look pretty good. Hopefully you dont have any issues with them fogging. Thats the only reason I didnt buy any

i resealed them before i put them on, have been through 4 pressure-no touch car washes since, no fogging, so i think were good. they were a return on ebay, didnt come with lights, and one tab on the drivers side light is missing :notsure:

Meh... I do it with fully loaded travel trailers

I can usually get the ball within about 6 inches on the first try, then it's just a minor adjustment and I'm good. I've had to hook up to mine when it was fully loaded, no way in hell I was going to lift the tongue and move it.

You're brave trusting those plastic side rails to hold up a bike. Definitely not how I'd tie one down but glad it worked out for you!

Did you seal them up before you installed them?

Nice. Will there be any issues during car inspection time? It's so hard to find 2012-2013 headlights already blacked out with HIDs installed.

Actually didn't use the plastic side rail. I have a D-ring installed back near the tailgate.

I just saw your other post, if you can survive the touchless car washes, you're probably fine. Those seem to be the death of retrofitted headlights for a lot of people.

Legally, if you get someone who will follow the letter of the law, retrofits are illegal. You can't put HID's into a housing that was not intended to have them. Also, I don't believe the projectors have a DOT stamp on them. That being said, I've passed with my motorcycle with just plain HID's and with my retrofit. If they're aimed and function properly, you shouldn't have a problem. I would keep the orange side reflectors in place.

What's holding the other side of the tie down, the one going over the seat?
