Finally got the hpi atv body I ordered back in november..

Got it cut out, trimmed, holes drilled and painted last night, got it mounted up today. Ended up making some 2" tall front body mounts, there not pretty but they will work.. Its made for a savage xl but I think it looks more scale on my 2wd stampede, I like how it came out.

 

I installed some MIP steel axles and ball bearings in all four hubs today!

Here's a clip my roommate edited together with footage from an rc power glider of his. I have an identical plane, but no goPro... Today we took it up without the goPro on it and got it in a thermal for about an hour without touching the power. It was a lot of fun.

Back home I have two more gliders, one of them has a 3m wingspan which i use for slope soaring. Scale dg-1000, catapult launch. Wicked fun!

 

just picked up a lowered engine mount kit for my losi and a starter box to get rid of the ROSS system....shit keeps locking up with my battery and not working. might as well just turn it into a pull start..so i got the starter box and everything to get rid of the ross system. parts should come in by wednesday.

 

Have you thought about putting in a larger tank?

 

already bought it. my buddy has it and i just have to pick it up from him.

Your actualy on 4s, toss in some 3s packs and really see what it can do
