voodoo..if you haven't done so already..you may want to get a patent started on those.

just and idea for you, for a "heavy duty" version or even on the existing version, can you create a way to add folding legs for center span support or even add a slight upward bow to the design, similar to a semi-flat bed trailer truck?

btw...very good idea on those bad boys

    Patent process is already underway!!

A heavy duty version could definitely be made, but I have to "feel out" the market to determine if I could sell enough of them.

OP, any experience/feedback about these working with Yakima's Powderhound mounts? They look like this: [IMG]

It'd be awesome if you had a list of compatible mounts (just buyers who confirm that your brackets work with their bike/ski/snowboard/anything rack models).

    Hmmm, very cool idea.

Going to have to consider. I usually use Thule Peloton racks x2 with square crossbars...this may work.

^^^ Just like Doozer said, I would love for my Yakima snowboard racks to be able to mount up to those things!

The skewers are part of your bike. I can include the fork mounts if you want.

Do you think these would still work with a bedcover? Meaning could I leave these in place with the bedcover on? They look like they are relatively flat and have a low profile....

Curious as to why you couldn't use it? Was it the way your bed cover mounted to the rails or something? What kind of bed cover did you have?
