Why are you having cheat days? And if you weigh under what you were shooting for you try and sabotage it? Just trying to understand your logic here...

i have a cheat day every week, been doing great at breaking my sticking points at my weight loss. i usually gain like 3 lbs after cheat day, then lose all that 3 lbs the day after and start losing like 1/4 lb every day after that, so im averaging 2 lbs weight loss every week, had a talk with John hollywood he said cheat days are fine once a week, if you are on point with diet the other 6 days, it's good to balance metabolism and eliminate metabolic damage. cuz i was doing 1600cal at 1000 cal deficit for like a month and he said that fucked me up.

I'm sorry but nobody I know has "cheat days". Cheat meal, yes...but days? No. You're killing your progress...but what do I know? Do as you wish...your results will continue to stay the same.

    Sticking point? Do a refeed...

B/c he played the role of the one (actual story) that was religious and caring...

Nobody does that...then again, criminals do-hence why they were charged with such.

i value your advice, but the only reason im doing this "best version of myself" thing is because it's fun for me and i enjoy it. but once i have to cut down shit load of calories and doing fuck load of cardios and have bad workouts in the gym, it isn't enjoyble to me anymore. these cheat days are totoally counter productive, but it's keeping me sane and allow me to still make gains, cut fat and wanting to do it day after day. I quit a lotta shit in my life and this is one of those things i really wanna do till i die. so i do whatever works for me. as long im still making progress im happy. because doing something is still better than doing nothing.

Any opinions on an elevation training mask? The kind you wear exercising or even lounging to increase lung capacity, red blood cell count, etc, by restricting air flow.

A few friends are going to Tibet and my buddy's wife thinks her Zumba will prep her adequately for 15,000 ft elevation. Bwahahaha.....

Switching to lighter higher volume one day then, lower reps and high weight three days later in the big three lifts.
As I come closer to the end of my biggest loser at my school. So far I've got a healthy three percent lead on my competition.
