I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Not an option then my tires would be sticking all the way out the bed sides and i'm not running trucker mud flaps.

Dont you read:facepalm: i said thats the rough cut once i flex it out i'll cut more where i need to. And with just cutting that i would have 8" of up travel before i hit the fenders.

Why don't you just get glass?
Also, just curious but what diameter/thickness did u use for the links?

Oh and are you planning on getting rid of that stupid LSPV? It's not going to work right anyway with the new brakes.

Oh down the road i might get glass but for now i'll just be keeping the bed sides. The links are 2" .250 wall DOM and yes the LSPV will be gone.

I would have cut it all off too if it hadn't been for the fact that I had the rear cage attached to the rear section. Would have made life so much simpler.;)

I picked up some used SpiderTrax spacers to help push the wheels out some seeing how the 4.40" BS on my wheels is not enough. 3.15 should be good :D

They are made for Toyota's so they won't fit the FORD unit bearing because of the lip without a little modification ;)

I turned them out and now they fit like a glove. I have to tap them on with a dead blow because of the perfect fit  Now i should be good with my steering lock to lock.

Because my wheels have a 4.40 BS and I will contact my steering box and links at full lock. So it's buy new wheels, spacers or Limit my steering. I went with spacers. Also the front housing was 1.5" more narrow then I was told when I bought it. If it was 65.5 like I was told I wouldn't be having this problem.

Looks like you should get a full refund for a fuck up from Diamond IMO. If you order one thing and get another why waste your money? You had plenty of time to return them

Anyway, DIBS on your bed :D

I did not buy it from Diamond I bought it from a guy on Pirate. And he bought it from a guy on TTORA who said it was set at 65.5. But who know's he could of been planning on using different parts then i did. Maybe the spidertrax unit bearings with their hats are not the same as others. It is what it is and it's too late to go back now. I might pick up some bead locks in the fall or late summer so then I'll get a 3.25" BS and not have to use the spacers.
