They performed the Driveline vibration TSB (T-SB-0249-12), however they still only installed a new 3 pack of leafsprings (they do look beefer however). After about a month after the TSB being done, I notice the vibration coming to a stop (around 20 mph) is still there. Is there anything I should do, now that the vibration is still present? Or is it just something I have to get used to? What a pain in the ass..

    2013 DCSB here.. 4,350 miles.

You're not alone - others have had the same results after the TSB. I haven't had it done on my 2012 yet, since it doesn't appear to be the total solution. Some are leaning towards drive shaft / carrier bearing alignment issues, so I'm waiting to see how that pans out.

I had my 2012 done and it was worse if anything. Then, the dealer refused to do the AAL TSB afterwards since they had just tried the vibration TSB with no success. Not happy about that but anyway......So now, I just finished my lift last night and am ecstatic to say that it had a positive effect on my 10-20mph driveline vibrations! Its still there, but much much less noticeable than before. I have not yet installed the CB drop that I just bought, not sure I will now either. We'll see how she does after the alignment and a few days of driving. My point is, I was hopeless, but its now doing better. I have also heard of people tightening thier rear spring U-bolts and decreasing their vibrations. I didn't torque mine, I just tightened the heck out of them. Not the smartest, but I'll check them again in a few hundred miles.

Ya I'm staying away fro this TSB also. I'll deal with the vibes until a real solution comes out.

Why would they use this TSB if it doesn't fix the issue at hand? It does not sound logical.

That's seems to be the next solution, but I've read where that hasn't solved it either. I don't mind the $ - I just want to be 100% sure it will work.

If you are sure that it is your drive shaft, then its most likely out of balance or the center yoke is out of balance. You could try the cheap route and get it balanced or just buy a new one piece shaft and not have to worry about the center joint/yoke.

Do a research on them. Found my solution on this forum. I think they are around $400 and you can bolt it on in your driveway...very easy.

    OME AAL,
i have the TSB done as well, and still had the vibration on acceleration, i tried so many things and nothing worked, finally checked the u bolts and they were not torqued properly, i torqued mine to 100ft/ib and vibration is gone, mine is stock btw.
