    ’02 xtra cab, SR5, V6, 4wd, 5spd, 204,xxx, mi green/grey, $9,200. obo.
sorry for the "mad" computer skills and can't figure out how to get the photos embedded into the main body of the thread, anywho ......so here goes......

I have a book of just about all the records on this truck. I adopted her from Alderman’s Toyota in VT (3/2006) with 51K on the clock, no CPO. There was a bit of paint work done to the right side xtra cab area. I haven't had any issues with the work. This is my daily driver, she is garage kept, and I am OCC about keeping her clean. She is bullet proof and runs like a tank.@175K, Toyota, determined the frame had a hole in it so, in July/August two years ago, out a new frame under her, new brake lines and new leaf springs.

While we were at it, I had new shocks (front and rear-Monroe sensamatics, IIRC) installed along with a new timing belt, new water pump, new coils, new plug wires and new plugs. At the same time while it was all in pieces, I added new JBA headers, 2 new aftermarket cats, new O2 senors, JBA exhaust with a single outlet chrome tip, and a K&N CAI. Toyota buttoned her all back up and off I went.....sounded great, ran like a new truck.

December, a year later, I put the leveling kit on (2.5") so no diff drop, etc., added the new ATX Teflon coated rims and Nitto 265's (lots of tread left) and a Timbren system for towing. The truck has a professionally installed 7 pin wiring harness connector and prodigy P2 brake controller. (I tow about 4/5 times per year, for the past two years, to Watkins Glen, Le Circuit, Lime Rock Park and NJ MotorSports Park). The brake controller is installed where the ashtray would normally be.

@ about 200K, I put in a new Napa clutch, throw-out bearing, and new slave cylinder. Additionally, she has a Snoboard552 light bar and 2 sets of lights, (1) KC and (1) Hella fogs. All were wired w/switches, professionally installed. You can see the switches, next to the dash light dimmer switch.

Finally, I added the camper shell and Thule system for the cargo rack, up top. I have keys for the camper shell that work the locks.

March this year she passed NY state inspection and I also had new front rotors/pads done. The rear drums are new with new shoes, too. I will also have a new windshield put in, as it now has a small "*" on the shotgun side. She has been running on synthetic oil for quite some time now, (changed about every 7500) and doesn't burn a drop, runs great. The outside has some scratches (hey, it’s an '02) and there is the typical rust on the bottom edges of the tailgate, oh yeah, new rear bumper a while ago.(you can see the outside bottom two corners is showing the rust.)

The tailgate has a slight bow to it from a 4 wheeler mishap. The interior is in decent shape, 2 small holes on driver's left lumbar area and the typical broken outside plastic piece on driver's side.

By way of simplified review, if I don't have to remove the ultragauge, the prodigy p2, the camper shell and cargo rack, and am asking $9,200.00 obo because, so much has been replaced.

In the interest of complete disclosure, this has just developed, she has started to throw an intermittent P0446 code…still trying to figure this one out…but it doesn’t affect the running- no check engine light. The high mileage was in large part due to weekly commuting to Boston (for 4 years), so lots of highway, she is adult driven, not beat on, at all and extremely well cared for and I would like to adopt her out to a good home, as someone is going to get a great truck. Title is at the lock box at the bank and won't be an issue to obtain if we get to that point.

That's not bad at all considering the miles your truck has. I think is fair offer from a dealer

    Okay guys,
final price reduction before I probably trade her in (or maybe just keep her ).......I am reducing my asking price to $9,200.00 OBO. Let's see if this last adjustment stimulates any conversation or inquiries??????
I am pretty much ready to order my new truck the end of this month, IF i sell her. She needs to go to a good home, someone who will continue to give her TLC.

wow, what is scaring everyone away, 205,xxx mostly highway miles back and forth from Boston to Upstate NY? This truck has had two timing belts and water pumps done (175K was the last one and nothing is wrong with it.....yet, not even one inquiry??????? I hate to "give" it to a dealer who will just dump her......... no one is interested??????
