Yeah. I'm only going to be up there for 2 1/2-3 years as of right now. If I sell, I have to pay some out of pocket since I just refinanced. If I rent, I can make a bit of cash/equity while I am away. We will just stay in an apartment/townhome up in Seattle.

If I get orders back here, I have a house. If I get orders somewhere else, I'll sell it if I want to buy a house somewhere.

Low 90s this week. Had maragritas on the patio last night. A little unusually warm for late April. We don't usually start seeing 90 until Memorial Day.

I already put my snow shovel away. Before I bought it. Never.

I picked up a Tacoma rear hitch from a local Maryland member yesterday. He used his front winch to pull roots out of the ground. Saved him a lot of time.

Seems to me that someone said it was a bad idea to pull them out :notsure: I had most of the root out, but there's a section I haven't unburied yet and it's at the tree end of the root, so it's a good sized one... I'll get it out
