    Yeah, that's why measuring your body fat percentage is much more accurate than BMI.

    12 has to be body fat percentage. haha. A 6' tall person that weighs 100lbs still scores a 13.6.

    Here's the scale:
    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
    Overweight = 25–29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater


    Again BMI doesn't really work for people who lift weights and such because it treats extra muscle as fat.

    I currently have a BMI of about 27.3 it said. haha

    It works great as a rough estimate for your everyday average person, but is awful for anybody who actually works out. It's also a lot easier to figure out than body fat percentage.

    It's reasonable. It's still just a rough estimate really. It just says you are healthy and don't really need to be concerned about your weight.
