Reasonable aftermarket rear slider

Does anyone know of a source of a reasonably priced rear slider window for the 2009 Tacoma? Dealer wanted $810 just for the window. Safelite Glass quoted $1061 installed. I just can't justify those prices to carry an occasional 2x4.

 

I doubt you'll find any much cheaper than that...The entire window gets replaced to swap out that one pane of glass.

Just use straps and a flag and let your 2x4 hang off the tailgate...

Most 2009's come with the slider... which model do you have? Check the junkyards if paying full retail isn't your thing.

I would go over to XRU . A lot of the X-runners want a single rear pane of glass. I bet you can find some one in your area that will swap with you.

ive been looking to get one to but they are so expensive but i got a single cab... the one truck that actually might use the slider and we dont get it haha

I have never opened the slider in 3 yrs and 75,000 miles.

I have thought about it.

My sisters 2006 4X4 Standard cab has a slider...

alright well during the school year im about 20 mins out side of harrisburg i wont even have much money until then but if your still interested in a few monthes we might be able to work something out how much you think labor is gonna cost tho haha
