    Sooooo due to unforseen circumstances, I will be attempting to put my stereo in tonight instead of last night.

    Apparently my dog-level of a schnoz discovered a natural gas leak outside of my building last night...

    6 firetrucks, 3 Duty chiefs and a Haz-mat squad later, they inform me that we have 100% ignition levels of Natural gas in the ground...

    Our building was evacuated and I got to hang around outside of a cordon until 2am before one of the firefighters offered to lock up for me...

    Apparently, one of my pro-fighters called a gas company over 3 weeks ago, they showed up, test around the front door and said "meh, it is just sewer gas".

    This was unknown to me, along with the fact that he has been smelling "sewer gas" in the mornings for months. :facepalm: Fracking idiots.

    I guess Southwest Gas is in a LOT of trouble with the city of tempe over last night, not including the fact that they foot the bill for ALL of the fire department's time last night...

    Its just a visual check to verify the condition and that the odometer is correct. But it is weird that the loan would change drastically enough for it to become a deal breaker.
