Long Travel BS Thread

Either a 4th Gen 4Runner or a Lexus GX (which is a 4runner frame) Though there is a nice FJ on CL right now If the truck was sold I would look into that also but normally FJs and 2gens are more then I am will to pay because I'm buying cash

lexus gx is the 4runners rich little brother...that would be a cool build

Yup, they are always v8 and 4x4 also. And normally the people that own them ONLY take them to the the dealer for maint so they are mint most of the time.

 

Full time 4x4 as well

 

damn i knew about the v8's but i didnt know they were all 4x4. Are they a true 4x4 or constant all wheel drive?

 

I know they are full time 4x4 with a center locking diff and a low range as well

 

Yeah just like the v8 4runners. Only the v6 4runners have the 2wd option on the tcase

That was pretty impressive.. I know where that trail is and it is not a smooth one.

 

maybe they really needed del taco but needed an enclosed and air-conditioned vehicle to bring the food back to camp.

 

An in-cab gopro video of a pizza flopping in the back would be pretty funny.
