I would say the 15-20 rep circuit training. Deadlifts I do even though I'm not very good at them.

Yeah, I need help on my deads. I feel awkward when I do them.

Thanks, arms have always been easy to grow for me. (And I train them once a week)

For Lats I do pull-ups, single handed pull downs, pull downs. And some pull down machine.

Shit 15-20 reps? sounds like you are doing cardio lol gotta stick to mid rep range hypertrophy man 8-10 reps

start on rack pull first, ways easier to get that muscle memory

you are a lucky dude, even if i train arms they don't grow, so i gave up lol no more arm days

Hmm interesting, i do big heavy movements for lats, like T bar rows, Bent over barbell rows and dumbbell rows.

I just received my elevation mask today in the mail. It can range from 3000 ft to 18,000 ft in elevation. I have it set to 6000 ft right now. My cardiovascular strength is severely lacking and I hope this can help me get over my cardio platue.

I have been doing 8-10 range for a while. Didn't really see to much progress. Just trying something new that was shown to me by a competitive BB.

I've never done a rack pull before. I'll have to try it. I do other workouts too but I think the dumbbell rows etc. don't isolate the lats. At least I don't think.

Arnold and kai greene thinks otherwise. :D your lats goes down your back, there is no better exercise to bring thickness and width than some heavy rows.

I feel like I'm sucking a thick milkshake through a straw right now even though its set at 6000 ft. I live right at sea level so this will definitely be a benefit to my training. I won't be hitting the gym with this thing any time soon. Just gonna use it any time I'm at home for about a month, then start doing at home exercises with it.

With the sheeple in society today, if I go for a run or to the gym with it, they'll probably call the cops.
