    A small handful of select mods.
    that shit is beat up from rolling on the rim. I bet the tire ripped off and damaged the fender. Driver kept rolling for a while on that rim. Brilliant!

    Looks like he got a blow out while doing 75 mph on the freeway to me. That wheel looks like it has been driven on after being separated from the tire.

    Sucks though. I have never had to deal with a shredded tire. Just a busted up tie-rod on my old scout. Worst steering situation of my life.

    I pulled in to the ol'lady's apartment to park and saw this. He drove like that for a while. There was scratches all down the road for miles from the rim. Beside him was the only open spot.
