    Oh I know, I prefer mesquite over gas as well.

    It's just that I'm going to be making carne asada for 70 or so guests. Charcoal has to be lit & allowed to fully get going before it's ready to be used, etc. It's just more of a hassle with charcoal than with gas. Plus, I only have a really small charcoal grill :cool:, not adequate for a mexican (read: big family) b-day party.

    Depends where you are at really. Toyota SD has always been good to me on prices for parts. Jose there knows my name when I walk in and matches pricing on Amazon for most stuff.
