How you drive the car screams tickets, not the car its self.

 

I saw two in person, white jumps out way more then Red...but that Raven is a drop dead awesome color.

True but i think the whole Red Car myth revolves around the fact that when speeding a red car sticks out like a sore thumb, While a white or black vehicle tends to blend in better to the naked eye. However when using a radar gun it doesnt matter. So of course how you drive is going to make the biggest difference but i believe to the naked eye, A red car going over the speed limit by 5MPH will stick out more then any other vehicle doing the same speed.

 

Wrong, any car sticks out more when speeding. Ask someone who clocks speeders for a living. Remember the quote, "Visually faster then surrounding traffic."


And uh Cmack....I don't flash anything shiny if I get pulled over...see I said "if" lol not when.

 

Hm i believe you! Thankfully I've never been pulled over speeding. Then again its a truck not a sports car! HA The only time I've ever gotten a speeding ticket was in my black land rover haha, Going 10 over in a residential area. Thank goodness i fought that ticket!

 

If you were going ten over, why'd you fight it? I mean you have a right to fight it, just curious why, if you knew you were going ten over....

Our sheriff just got shut down by the courts, he can't run again....after 16ish years being the sheriff...

 

It was at a speed change from 25 to 35, He was purposefully sitting at the break between speed changes knowing people were going to speed up earlier then when supposed to, Not saying i was in the right or wrong, Just saying it was kind of a shitty way to catch people speeding.

Yah i mean, are you really expected to not speed up until you are past the first sign. I get that technically you are speeding until you pass the first sign but i literally past the sign right after i past the officer. So i mean... Idk I guess in a way speeding is speeding but the courts saw it my way and dismissed the case before it was even seen be a judge.
