    Doing yard work myself today.

    I removed a hitch from a bumper I purchased last Sunday late yesterday afternoon. The seller gave me the bumper just to get rid of it. Removing the hitch although was not hard, I did need a 2lb nobounce hammer and a tire iron as a lever to complete the job. The fit to the bumper is really tight.

    yea, they don't make slipping them off and on easy at all.

    the front is the same and thats aluminum

    let me know if you feel a difference in the handling when you mount it.

    on another note that glass sealer doesn't last long on the windshield. maybe I should of prepped it with the sparkle first :notsure:

    I have a feeling the install will be a PITA even with a jack to push it up and into place.

    Do the 2nd gen hiteches mount the same as 1st gen ones with two bolts on either side? Do what I did:

    loosen all 4 bolts
    take out the front two
    "hang" the hitch from the front two bolts
    take out the rear two bolts
    swing hitch up and into place
    tighten all 4 bolts down
