Ok so the more and more I read, the more and more I get confused, ahaha..

    For my 2001 Prerunner

Id like to get the OME 3'' Front 2'' AAL rear lift from toytec..

    paired with scs f5 (http://www.stealthcustomseries.com/products-page/product-category/f5/)

Wrapped in bfg km2 285/75/r16. These rims back spacing is 4.5.

I would like to know if this set up would work? Will there be any rubbing? Would the UCA's rub the tire? If it would work at all, would i need to get wheel spacers? I Just want to be dialed in on what i want to get before I pull the trigger, seeing as this is my 1st lift.

In the future I plan on getting glassworks fenders and a Addicted off-road bumper(http://www.addictedoffroad.com/inde...ducts_id=236&zenid=ur25b0kd8vdt6ph1qsv5dg7hp1).

    Mahalos for any help/opinions!

that setup'll work, you shouldnt need spacers but you might need to cut other places to make those tires fit at full stuff/turn without rubbage

I just went through with researching all of this myself to see what I needed to order and I just decided to go with a 4" backspace instead of a 4.5". The 4.5" backspacing will cause rubbing issues on the frame with 285/75/16

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
You might need spacers. Stock wheels are 4.5" back spacing. I recommend and read that 3.75" or less is best. Some people still think 4" back spacing is not enough for 11.50 wide tires. If you are dead set in those wheels run some Spidertrax spacers.

I was dead set on the pro comp 7089's but then I got to looking around at the Mickey Thompson classic lock wheels and I think I made a better choice with those wheels plus they are going to fit better. Running spacers is going to wear out wheel bearings faster on your truck that's why I am against them. The more I have to replace something the more I hate doing it. The less I have to replace over time the better.

all i have on the front of my tacoma is a 2.5 leveling kit and i am running 20x9 rims and 33/12.5r20 tires and have very little scrubing with a 4.75 backspace and no spacers. all i had to cut out was a tiny piece of the fender well to keep it from getting cought in the tire tread

You going rub. Put some spidertraxx and I think you will still have to do some MINOR trimming.

Let me speak from experience here. I have a 3" lift up front with Eibach springs and a 2" aal in the rear. This is basically the same setup you're thinking about doing.

Our F-5 are 16x8 with 4.5" BS. That black 1st gen is my personal truck and it currently has 285/75/16 BFG KM2s. There's about a 1-1.25" clearance between the tire and UCA. I've aired down to about 15psi and I have no issues there. It does rub the frame slightly at full lock, but it's not anything major at all imo. I didn't need to chop or cut anything else out on my setup.

By July, we're going to offer the F-5 with 3.5" BS. This is mainly for the older LC, but it should work well on the 1st Tacomas as well for those seeking a wider stance. When those wheels come in, I'm probably going to jump to 305/70/16 so if you're patience, you'll get to see my setup in a couple of months.

Btw, we must have the same taste b/c I have an Addicted O/R bumper as well. I had them bend my stinger a little bit different than what they normally offer.
