How to thickly clear coat this???

    I made this shield (the one on the right) for a halloween party last year with little time, so there is like 2 coats of spray on clear, but i want it to have that thick lacquer look (like hooters tables) so then it looks really nice... anyone know how or have a video they know of showing how to do it without ruining it?

    You could probably go with bar top lacquer. Not sure how thick you want the clear coat to be though.

    id like it to be very thick, so it looks almost glass like

    Check out mirror coat. The stuff is awesome. My buddy used it to coat a homemade shuffle board table
