Long Travel BS Thread

for those with a 2nd gen, is there any easy fix for tweaked inner fenders? i ended up doing a few hard hits yesterday and the inner fenders are now bent...

my thinking is tub the front end similar to how bagged trucks tub the front end and stretch the metal back out before welding in the new wheel tubs?

 

I just hit it with a big hammer until it only hits when I really stuff it.

 

oh it doesnt hit any more... haha passenger side dented to fit, drivers side got a hole punched in it. but the actual inner fender is creased. now the hood line/fenders dont match up at all

LOL. The front bumper and upper a arms are the same color. I just do what the customer wants.

F55s, but I'm kinda worried about the ride height and might exchange for F67s

It's cool to do nice colors, but sucks when they start to fade. The ranger I'm starting on Wednesday we are gonna shoot the bed cage with bed liner.

 

now that i like. until you decide to add a tab here, or a tube there later on .

I went with them because he has stock bed and no real plans of adding a bunch of stuff, but didn't expect them to be that low

 

yeah, the F55s don't like any weight at all... and they'll only get lower. mine sure did

I am going to try and make it out. Just gotta box in the motor mount frame perches this week. Thinkin about paying for a picture package to get some good action shots of the truck too.
