I guess you don't need to play defense to win the Norris.

 

3 of the best defence men in the league right there. Suter is a weird one for me but I don't follow the wild that closely. These three are way better then any of the diving bruins defencemen

 

Yeah if you go by offensive production. The Norris is for the best defencemen, not highest scoring defencemen. Letang is barely in the top ten for plus minus, subban is top 20, and suter doesn't rank in the top 30. Also I never said it had to go to any of the Bruins defencemen. And a hab fan calling anyone a diver means absolutely nothing so enjoy getting embarrassed by Ottawa even if you do win the series.

 

Seems like it. I actually think Doughty should have been nominatted. He was amazing all seasoon, but ppl put too much emphasis on his scoring drought...

+/- means fuck all 90% of the time. All depends on match ups and pp/pk time that eats up your energy

 

You must also think his play this year is worth the $56mill 8 yr contract he signed right? He's got a lot to live up to and plenty of time to do it

There was no initial whistle, ref didn't give a shit until the guy was having troubles getting up. 2 games is much. It's just because Eller puked blood from his brainstem after getting hit.

But I liked the stuff about the NHL network sucking.

 

leaving your feet is a penalty, so is hitting the head. He skated a long distance at high speed before laying that hit which is often refered to as charging. It was definitely a solid hit, but not a legal one.

 

I agree with your statement. I wasn't siding with DB Abdelkader.

 

I saw one NHL game live this year. In that game Letang was far and away the best player on the ice. I have seen Subban play many nights on tv in this short season. On more than one occasion he too was the best player on the ice. Either one of these guys are worthy imo.
