    well, technically it is a photocopy, but the article is was more about photocopying with xerox for when we use promilitary sites that request you send them a photocopy of your id for military rates. that's why i pulled the actual context of the law to show it's all reproductions. which isnt to include just active duty military id's but it all id's given by the military including retired and dependents. i had a whole meeting about this once.
