    Just stirring the pot, but didn't you buy the 5100's from another member for around $400.00?

    That would be crazy for used 5100's. I bought my 5125's and OME nitro chargers new for that!

    Hey Guys,

    I have wanted a Tacoma since I was 15, and now at 26 I finally have my first one! It's a 06' TRD 4x4 and I am not happy with how it sits with the stock off road package. I would only be doing some mild four wheeling and mudding with it so I am curious whether I should just go with a 2" leveling kit for the front, or go with the bilstein 1500 series for both front and back? I got quoted at $433 for the 2" leveling kit install w/out alignment. The front/rear bilsteins are going for $329 on ebay and my friend will help me install them for $50. What is the better deal/quality? Please help!

    Will someone please post their opinions on this set up - any cheaper ways to gain similar lift of 3" and performance. I haven't seen too many people running Icons here. I'm looking to drop a descent amount of dough but with my wheels and rims this suspension puts me over a bit.

    Icon Extended Travel Coilovers - $1,039
    Total Chaos UCAs $618
    Icon 2" Rear Shock $267
    Icon AAL $189

    Install + Alignment $560
    Total = $2,673 + tax

    Going with 285/70/17 Toyo AT II + Pro Comp 7032s

    Thanks!

    I tried calling 2 dealerships down here, all they'll install are leveling spacer lifts. They won't do anything else. Guess I'll have to find a 3rd party installer around here. I'm really thinking about pulling the trigger on this OME lift. Will come in handy after I move to Alaska this summer.
