x2. A good bodyman will be able to fix it but it won't be an easy fix and more than likely won't be cheap.

Went to the toy store...oh, I mean, Harbor Freight today...got some goodies ;) Picked up this LED light for my cap...thought it would do until I get some real lighting wired in (my tapping into the hitch wiring didn't come out as planned...think someone must've bumped me because the plug got all torn up).

I superglued the "hook" side of the hook and loop fastener to the back of the light (to hopefully keep heat from making it let go) and just used that velcro to situate it inside the cap...luckily it sticks quite well to the carpeted interior. I'm thinking of getting some of the puck style eventually and doing the same thing...might be kinda cool for when we might be camping and only need to turn on one at a time throughout the cap.

I also saw this ball joint service kit...and it was in the clearance section for $50...sounded like a good deal, although I'm sure the quality isn't the greatest, as Harbor Freight's stuff usually isn't. But if you're doing the job yourself, it may be worth it.

If you're talking about the pic with the LED light, it's an image from the Harbor Freight website...not mine ;) I'll get a pic of the light installed in my cap if it stays where I put it.

Ha! Clever you are! And now I just ordered a black deck plate from Amazon...already have my black sealer...can't wait to try out the mod :D I've got to do something...all this talk about gas mileage reminds me that I'm below 17 now with the cap...got the Seafoam, but it's a bit intimidating to me...

Honestly, I wanted a Camry. Couldn't get the salesmen around these here parts to call me back. Went to a Honda lot, looked at this Accord for 5 minutes, walked in and told the guy to call me 2 days later to set up a overnight test drive. Called me EXACTLY at the time I requested. Test drove it, and bam, its mine. Rides nice, 35.5 mpg. PLENTY of power. Just a commuter....

My inlaws had several generations of Camry and then Avalons. They're good cars. Although the first gen Avalon was my favorite...it was more like a Lexus than a Toyota.
