Bryan is correct, a 3 or a 4 link suspension rides significantly smoother thru rough terrain, especially when tunned properly, their are no legal issues with link sytems, many trucks come "linked" from factory, some 4runners are linked from factory as are chevy's, with the EngageOffRoad 05-13 Tacoma Link Kit, you can have 21" inches of usable travel with absolutely NO cutting into your cab.

the Pre-Runner is street legal, the suspension does not affect that in any way

anyone running fast in the desert with out a cage has a death wish in our opinion, with the Engage 50T-Packs, that yes we still have, and will be selling at $783 a set still, you can do high 50's in barstow, and we ALWAYS RECOMEND a roll cage, we have seen many accidents with and with out a roll cage... unfortunately some people think that they wont need it.....we would hate for some of you to be incorrect in that....always think about safety, weather your linked or leaf sprung...the cage can save your life!

Means you just put the links on the ground and then drive over them. They automatically locate themselves to your truck like baby to a titty. :cookiemonster:

it means we used an existing OEM bolt hole on the chassis to locate the proper position of the Lower Link Mounts so you can weld them in place, we also located the Upper Link Mounts to our Engage Frame Boxing (Plating) Kit to help you locate the proper position of the Upper Link Mounts so you can weld them in place, and the shock towers locate with the bed mounts on the chassis, makes finding the proper position of mounts much easier

HA HA HA...now that would be awesome!!!
