    Doing this on Memorial Day weekend with a bunch of Jeeps and trucks from work. Our route is Barstow to Needles, then back on the 41. Should be pretty straightforward, just bring enough food, water, and gas to last you 170 miles on dirt. 1 or 2 water crossings, other than that it's easy from what I hear. I hear even a 2WD can do it without problems, although I'd want a 4x4 around with some recovery gear just in case.




    And who the hell let the canadian in here?
