    Yeah, i think it's a fair price, considering that a brand new, properly shimmed head w/ new valves, cams springs, etc.. can be had from sunwest automotive here for $581.00

    I've had about 4 mexicans call me, and two trade offers for dirtbikes. I'm considering the dirtbike trades, but i feel like i'll have to start wearing a knee brace if i buy one again.

    You do realize you can buy an entire new engine for that truck for about $1500 or less if you hunt around a little.

    Yeah, i don't doubt it. I just really don't want to tie up my garage. Plus, this way, i can free up some cash for my 53' Willys.
