    It's a $1 more per pound here.

    Just don't cook buffalo like you would regular ground beef. You'll dry it out.

    Cook it for half or two-thirds the time you normally would.

    I love Yellowstone but I hate the idiots that go there.

    Every time I've gone I've been stuck in brutal traffic lines because some family from backwoods-god-knows-where gets out of their RV and starts chasing wildlife up the hillside. Meanwhile their RV is blocking the one lane road.

    I swear to god once I heard a few people scampering into the woods on the side of the road say, "Look! Baby bear cubs, let's check them out!"

    This was before internet memes and I gave the ultimate facepalm.

    New York is ok, better than top sirloin IMO. Personally, I prefer a ribeye when grilling. :drool:

    I don't eat much chicken or pork, and if somebody didn't know bacon was pork they should be slapped! haha
    I prefer sirloin. Not a fan of ribeye, too fatty for me.
    I have a freezer full of elk steaks... We ran out of ground elk a couple weeks ago though:pout: We've been forced to have to buy the god awful stuff the grocery stores call beef... Hopefully when the in-laws butcher their steer we can get a bunch of good beef from them:D

    Okay fellas. I'm leaving for AK the 20th I believe. So I'd like to get most this stuff hammered out.

    Right now I have 5 rigs coming from leg one to two. With Ben that'll be 6.

    So what are your guys thoughts on sleeping in Powell?? I am pretty sure there is free camping at the city park..well the big one..there will be room in my back hard for ground tents and maybe one or two RTTs.

    What do you guys want??
