I like the plate used in the bedcage pics. I usually see that plate for upper shock mounts on cage work that goes into the cab. I have never seen that on a bedcage.

I want to see more pics of that Tundra!

I'm pricing out building a Tundra over buying a Raptor right now so I was hoping you could give me some info on the Tundra.

Did you build the LED roof bracket? If so how much
How was the Camburg kit to install? Anything important that I may need to know ahead of time?
What did the kit actually cycle?
Is there anything that has to be relocated in the wheel wells?
Were you able to keep the stock fender lining?
    Are those 37's?

    Thanks, Brian

Don't waste your time with a raptor, you will dump way more money trying to.make it handle good.

I did build the LED bracket, the vision x style runs about 350$ powdercoated. I also have some for the rigid style lights.

Camburg kit is pretty straight forward to install. Axles are tricky if you don't know the tricks to get them apart.

The kit cycled 15 bumped and strapped. That truck has 35s with the short body 8" shocks. I have also done a truck with standard 8s that clears 37s. When I finally get to build a front end for this platform, ADS is going to make a compact 10" shock for me.

Nothing has to be relocated in the fender wheels.

What lining are you referring to?

The reason I want the Raptor is that I don't want to put a bunch of $ into the suspension, I want to do mostly engine work to it and enjoy the truck instead of working on it all the time, I've got 2 other trucks that need work.

But the more I look into building a Tundra the more I really want one. My brother's got a 2011 and love it

Is the LED bracket bolt on or weld on? If its bolt on does the headliner need to be dropped?

This is the lining piece I was asking about, most trucks have to lose them with Fiberglass.

With a 37" is there any rubbing issues? My titan rubbed really bad with 35's and I think a Tundra would look perfect with a 37" or even a 39" but I know the 39" won't happen.

Do you have a picture of the tube work that is on the other side of those plates on the fender wells?

Ya, you lose that liner. I have driven a velociraptor 600 and a supercharged tundra, the raptor was a joke. They don't handle all that well. And mid travel tundra will out perform a raptor.

It's bolt on, the liner doesn't have to be dropped completely. Just remove the visor and grab handles for access.

    Here is the 37 tucked

Is it possible to remove the factory bedsides and reinstall them / are they or their hardware damaged in the removal process?

Can any of you jump on the MT thread? Any advise on tuning digressive front with progressive rear, and if its possible, would be great!

    ...too much shit to list.
    x2?!?!
I didn't think there's enough space to do that on an 8 unless you go down to a 14" main spring even with the flat bottom plate.

It was done to prove a point to someone. It is completely useless and non functional. The coil spacer is sitting on the stop at full droop.
