went to walmart in plano yesterday because the web app said they had .22lr in stock.

got over there and their wasnt any on the shelves. the web app has live inventory so i knew it was proabably still in the back. so i had someone go back there and check and they said it wasnt back there and the app was wrong. so i called back 4 hours later to see if they just could find it then. sure enough half an hour before i called they sold the last box. ass holes.

You, sir; may go have sexual relations with yourself.

You'll want the ammo before I get the press back. I believe it is a 4 to 6 week turn around. I'm not going anywhere on the weekends for a while so I should be able to start resizing the cases this week. I'm trying to find powder right now.

I still have my RCBS Rock Chucker for my "good stuff" rounds. The rifle in the pic is a .300 Win Mag with a Green Mountain barrel blank that was turned down to an "extra heavy" profile with 21" from chamber to crown (I believe). My buddy who has built barrels before took my basic info and did the rest for me. I believe he left the barrel a little over 20" so as he can cut the extra inch off and thread it for a suppressor later and have material to make a thread cap when the suppressor is not on.

I can guarantee it will be a few weeks still; but it shouldn't be much more than that.

 That looks amazing!!! Awesome Job!

Check Cabela's in Ft. Worth. They've had a few different powders...not sure what you are looking for though.

I got a single stage press that I have yet to setup and use. Still need primers before i can do anything.

I'm pretty sure you do the reloading thing, so you probably aren't interested. But I've seen 5.56 in Cabela's in Ft. Worth and Walmart in Irving.

When you say you have the hookup, do you mean someone gives it to you, or you get a really good price?

    Got some new wrenches today.

Normal price was around $150 for both. Got them shipped to my door for $40

Ratcheting Gearwrench X-beams, they are twisted in the middle so when your pushing on em you push on the wide flat part instead of the skinny part.

Only downside is that they are made in Taiwan. Not many ratcheting wrenches that aren't though. Craftsmans version are made in the same place.

What other parts are you on the look out for? I come across parts/stuff a lot.

I'll probably pick up the powder this weekend from someplace somewhere; maybe a tank of gas on the motorcycle away. As for primers; I'm stocked. Well stocked for the time being actually. :D
