Fabbing up a front bumper for the FJ.
Here is a rough idea of what I have in mind. The end result will look different, mainly sleeker/slimmer throughout the whole bumper. It will be tucked up as high as possible. This is just something we came up with just a couple measurements.

That is a sharp looking bumper! If my wife would let me put one like that on her FJ I would be happy!

My wife has an 07 FJ. After lots of rain the last few days, we have noticed water on the driver's side floor. I felt around under the dash & found a little moisture near the fuse panel. Anybody have an issue with this in the past & have a fix?

Spent some time on the wife's FJ this weekend. She insisted on having a grill guard which I found was quite interesting after putting a front internal winch mount on. I ended up having to fab some new brackets and then weld them to the wench mount which ended up working alright.

Now if I could just spend this much time and effort on my truck.

ours have held up great, I also put one on the lower valance of my Tacoma. It holds up great in car washes and doesn't seem to scratch very easily.

I don't know if you got this fixed yet, but can you provide some more detail? Does it have a roof rack? Usually...it's the #1 problem. I'm in Centreville, so I could always come over and investigate for you.

We have not had a chance to get it looked at yet. It does have a roof rack, but no water stains on the headliner. It looks like the windshield was replaced (PPG glass) before she bought it. She's had it almost 2 years & the leak just started a few weeks ago. The truck usually sits parked uphill in the driveway. The other night, she backed it in & there was no water inside.

Windshield replacements are notoriously defective. Mostly due to the technician not using the proper materials and snaps. PPG is the factory windshield brand, so I'm wondering if you could have a leak through one of the molds....there should be a plastic/rubbery layer below each panel. Can you post pics?
