After hauling these the rooftop tent is going to be cake.

 

I'm not sure I buy the "less pollutants" argument. It's sort of like saying electric cars are good for the environment-and that's true if you look at everything after the sale. But if you count carbon footprint and what it takes to make one, it's almost a wash with only a slight improvement for the environment.

The same is true for Ethanol. When you measure it's efficiency in a lab, it might well make it's claim but if when you look at the reduced efficiency combined with the additional repairs (and associated costs), I bet the numbers don't work out so well.

Agreed, I don't know if it actually makes a difference. Maybe the only thing good about it, is the people it employs to produce it.

With that said, I've never had a vehicle run bad or rough with it. Only thing its affected for me is MPG's. Which sucks, but I bought a truck, with not the greatest MPG's so for that, I only have myself to blame.

Lol not FTW... Just got tired of the whole situation with builds and what not. To many dam pm's to deal with from to many people not willing to do some research on their own. I now only keep a build so I can keep track of my maintenance schedules.

 

I did not know that.

I keep an Excel workbook with a sheet for each vehicle. I need to find a magnetic transmission drain plug in the few months so I can replace the one in the rear differential. Why Toyota would not put a magnetic drain plug in the rear diff when there is one in the transmission is beyond me.

these guys are good here its a whole machine shop / driveshafts / and all at great prices too...
but he makes them look pretty..these were craigs old ones he gave me a long time ago...they were in garage when sandy hit so...had a bit o rust....
