Personally, I think that everyone who's sane should have a double-action .357 & keep it around, loaded. Darn good all-around gun, especially in 4" barrel length.

I would see about borrowing pigger's air chisel. Vibration gets most anything off. :D

I'm still contemplating a S&W 686 but ammo prices have me waiting.

It comes in cans like that, but it actually freezes things to -62 degrees. Electronic Parts and/or Walker Electronics would probably stock it, but it's not cheap. Not the canned spray air, that doesn't freeze stuff.

Hella cheaper than freeze spray, too!

I'd like one of those, too. You shot my S&W 66; great gun but the 686 is far stouter. My Rugers are stouter yet, but lack the fantastic trigger of the Smith.

I'm thinking that the air hammer would get it apart in seconds, or a few minutes at the most.

    My current all-around is a XD in .40 S&W
My Mossberg 500 12 ga is the street howitzer.

Has anyone had experience with Rossi/Taurus pieces? I think the Circuit Judge is cool as fuck.

Also, I need to figure out when my schedule will allow me to tear into my daily driver again. I hope you guys don't mind being on call.:D

That works well in .357 IMO; I have a Ruger GP-100 6" full underlug, and it's as accurate as I can shoot. Paper plates at 100 yards; I can sometimes get 5 of 6 on target shooting unsupported (2 hands) w/ 125gr full-house handloads.

Whoa, just saw the news on the fire/explosion at the NM Tech explosion-making area location; I hope Steve or anyone here was not there. :(

    3 hurt, none life-threatening.

Blair, soak the middle part with pb blaster then scrap it with a flat head screw driver all the way around and wire brush it, ive had this happen and after i did that and hit all around the drum while spinning it popped it off, also if you and hit anywhere from the back side of the drum do that as well, sometimes just takes a lot of beating and spinning it.

on a side not, has anyone wheeled in farmington? I want to go there or somewhere like it and set up camp, wheel for the day, and camp the night... just gotta have somewhere to park the trailer... if anyones down for something like this let me know and lets start a list...

    Tuesday Night, 5pm. E-locker Swap at Tomtom's

Schedules are pushing up the rear 3rd install to tomorrow night.

Silas is helping out. If anyone else is interested in helping out or learn how to swap over an e-locker 3rd, swing on by my place around 5pm.

I'm happy to feed peeps that show up. Most likely pizza or whatever can be delivered in.

    PM me for directions.
