    Yea, give the dumbbell press a try. Some with shoulder issues that aren't able to do bench with the bar, can handle dumbbells quite well.

    It won't hurt you at all. You just move into your cardio zone instead of fat burning zone. When I do spin class, sometimes I get up into the 90% area and also hit my vo2 max. Usually no more than 10 seconds or so.

    Holy shit man, hypertrophy push day, my body is hurting bad, i felt like i just fell out of a plane and landed in a pit of boulders. Deload week next week.
    Barbell bench
    dumbbell shoulder press
    Incline bench
    barbell shoulder press
    decline chest fly
    cable rear delt fly
    cable side delt raise
    barbell front delt raise

    Kept it in the 8-10 rep range and pretty much hit failure every set.

    If you want the most opitimal fat buring slow is the way to go without sacrificing muscle, you should be able to have a conversation when you do your cardio.
