    Front LT,
havent made up my mind yet on the rear, as I use the bed for alot of gear having a cage and shock penetrating thru is really not an option, or at least last resort, the cantilever idea is being drawn up.

Thats good, Cantilever suspension is pretty simple, lol. Now you get to worry about Fulcrum ratios and proper spring rates! But they are badass bottom line.

I have built a couple for buggys, took a while to get it sorted out but ended up working really good, plus having the ability to change the ratios is nice so you dont need a super long shock.

Got any Solidworks pics for us?

Got it! figured out number before playing this video game and plugged into a simulation, which just finished, I'm configuring this a bit different then a tradition long travel system as I need it to have rock clearance and articulation, no pics yet, still working under the radar here at work but will be taking it home.

My only concern is fitting it under the bed and where the spare was as I have a short bed. Its going to be tight.

indeed, however the other variable is the auxiliary tank that's mounting in close proximity.

Assuming you wil be tucking it into the stock spare area? Are you getting numbers that are close to 1/1 or not enuf room? This is purely my curiosity, haven't seen it done on a taco

Mmm. Better cut the frame off behind the cab, and add a standard 6'bed. You're welcome.

What about going with the extended rear shock hoops?

I am not speaking from experience, just what I have seen on here :)

Hey Greg, since you are here. Your front kit, it's 6" over correct?
Do you happen to know your KPI and scrub radius?

my ratio's are very near spot on, yes spare area, I will more then likely have to go with another muffler ( smaller) in order to make exit in front of the rear, no im not dumping it under the truck, hate that.

Hmm, cutt the frame and affix my own tube frame and bolt on 6 foot bed, interesting.

the point is not to go thru the bed, at least try, last resort is a small bed cage, I have to be able to take gear for our prospecting trips so the less I impact the bed the better.

im going long travel Alex and the rear will need upgrading as well.

Gary did you seal around your shocks enough that dust is kept out?

Ya, I have seen the shock hoops that don't go through the bed, maybe that's not enough "long travel" for you? :)
