    This is incorrect.
Power, Strength, and size can all be achieved, but long, slow cardio should be avoided.. Look at any Olympic Sprinter. Do you think they got as powerful and big as they did from running slow? Nope. They did sprints, over and over and over. All while at their max heart rate.. Now here's the trick.. Go hard for 30 seconds, then rest for 30, then balls to the wall for 30, then rest... See where I'm going here.. Intervals have proven to be most beneficial for the body.. Slow Cardio actually increases the chance for hypothyroidism, and is more likely to "eat" muscle.

I disagree. While I agree HIIT is very effective LISS is beneficial in regards to fat burning and will not "eat" any muscle. If it is then you are clearly under eating.
I do think that if one did 3 sessions of HIIT opposed to 5 sessions of LISS they could burn more fat in less time, it doesn't mean LISS doesn't have it's benefits too.

Anyone take Casein protein before bedtime? I physically can not eat any more with the amount of hours I work. Especially with the intensity at my job. Not to mention the damn heat (20-30 degree's hotter than outside). Winter is great, I can eat a fat horse all day. But Summer drains me and forces me to drink alot of water. I haven't gained weight in awhile and my only hope to increase my foods is at night.

IMO, casein is a waste....just add a fat source (PB, omega 3, etc) and save your money. Casein contains fats which slow the absorption levels down..so, a simple fat source can do the same.
