    Bought this yesterday. Ruger american rifle in 30-06. $409 after the dros fee and tax. Pick it up in 10 days, and now just looking at a scope!

    Nice that ruger American is gaining a lot of attention in the hunting world...

    oil change...
    Ive always used leupold rings and bases and have always had good luck. I also use a little drop of lock tite and torque down the screws.

    Anyone heard of Proof Research? I'm not a fan of adjustable combs and the hyper tacticool stocks they tend to go with, but this stock is on my list to Santa for sure!
