And I saw a drug deal in between whataburger employees today. And I waited 30 min for a taquito. Both of the managers working were incompetent. I asked for my money back after they forgot to make me my food.

:spy: I traded a cheap gerber pocket knife for a large ammo can full of spent 5.56 brass.

I only have about 300 primers and around 350 bullets. Ive got close to 8lbs of powder though.

X2, but not by choice. Up by 5 everyday, except for the weekends. I usually can't sleep past 6:00 any day.

I'm on the lookout for .223 primers. Preferably CCI 450, but willing to try just about anything at this point. Mind if I ask which direction that tank of gas is going (N, E, S, W)?

Not real sure yet which way I'll be headed; probably go from Granbury to Cabela's off of I-35. The trip is not the most scenic on the way up; but I can take a couple back roads on the way home. Right now it really depends on how much homework I get done this week and where my boss is this weekend. His mom passed away today so I'm holding the fort down a little longer.

If your planning on getting your CHL moght want to wait a little bit. There is legislation in the works to shorten the class from 10 hours to 4, as well as shit caning the fingerprint requirements.

I'm against the changes. While the class is long; it is not wasted time considering the responsibility a person is accepting. As for the finger print portion; how else are they going to verify the applicant?

Also you have to consider that one of the reasons the Texas license is reciprocated in so many other states is because our training exceeds that state's training. What is going to happen when our training does not exceed their training; are we going to start losing reciprocation?

I think the bigger issue here is that the state is tired of losing money to Florida's Non-Resident CHL license. Personally I do not understand how a state can license a person to carry in other states that does not even reside in the issuing state. The loophole makes Florida money though.

*** Also you have to not look at the class from a "gunny" point of view and look at it on an average. When I took my class I would say that 1/4 of the class had a solid background with firearms, 1/2 the class had a basic background with firearms, and 1/4 of the class was still trying to figure out why they kept saying "firearm" because their arm was not on fire.

I agree, and think the longer class is needed. Sure it's long, but it's only on the first time you have to go to the longer class. It's not really that bad. I did my recert in February, and only had to do half a day.

I also agree about people in the class. I would say that at least 50% of the people taking the class to get a CHL, should not be getting a CHL. On the range they are all shaky and very unsure about their gun. Last time there were 2 people that had only shot their pistol one other time, the day before the class. I feel that people carrying guns that are afraid of them, are so dangerous for the rest of us.

I'd call before you make that drive. i live very close to there and they haven't had much since December...

i got mine when i was living in Florida and just renewed. i was thankful that i could renew out of state because i work on the days they do the course here. Florida has a pretty high rate of reciprocity. i don't think Texas has to worry about that if the course is shortened

Is this a joke? That crap on the front and back look terrible. It seems like a lot of work went into it but seems excessive. BTW, miles and price seem high. Probably trying to recoup some money from the aftermarket stuff.

Those miles are not shit for a diesel. The price is probably a little high but the seller has room to come down a little. Not a bad deal over all.

ummm..... Yeah, that's a great deal! I'd say offer him a bit more, just to ensure you get it. By the Way, glad to see good decisions run in your family Single Cab guy.
