Thank you! Yea cut the dash, basically just a 2" wide section from both sides and used a barrel grinder for the bend in it and it is a tight fit.

I have no doubt that we could build a much better truck for much less than a stock Raptor, my issue is that I'm tired of throwing $ away when I go to sell it. There's a much better chance of retaining some value in a stock Raptor versus building a Tundra plus I've got other projects that need my time and I know a Tundra will be very time consuming for about 6-12 months, and I'd rather put that time into my Sport Trac. And to be honest I really don't plan on using/abusing the new truck.
A Tundra is my only option if I can't work a deal on a Raptor so I'd like as much info as possible.

How much trimming did you have to do to fit the 37's? Looks like it may run the valance

Had to mute that video, her whinning got old. But damn those titties are nice

Good luck "working a deal" with a raptor. Dealerships only get allocated so many and sell them over sticker. If you wont but it the next guy in line will. Be ready to get no trade in and pay top dollar....

Where is a good place to get a set up for a tone ring for my 9" so I can get my speedo to work? Any recommendations, closer to Santa Barbara the better. Thanks.

No but there should be a plug in it where he can add one...and splice it into the ABS ecu. Screw reading the speedo from the wheel speed sensors.

We used the transfer case on my last truck to get the speedo to work with a 9" rear end. The kit was from Rock Solid Toys. The 05+ Tacomas has an input on the t-case that lets the kit read the speed as well as calibrate the transmission.

Wyatt at RST. Otherwise make one yourself and splice it in according to his build thread over there. Its only a few wires, really simple. IIRC you can only do it on 05 and 06 because they stopped machining out the orifice and plugging it. Toyota uses the sensor in a lot of vehicles, my donor was from a Rav4, then you swap the gear yo uneed to get close on the speedo.

    Heres what mine looked like

On the search for some bumps. Would like to find a decent shape of used ones for a fair price, but if I get new ones, anyone know the best website to get lowest price on a pair? Im not picky on brand, fox, king, radflo, watever is fine as long as there dependable. If anyone knows a set of used ones or can point me in the right direction for a good deal on some, it would be greatly appreciated:)

Radflo's are cheapest, but getting replacement parts is a pain.

I would say Fox, DSM has them for $340 a pair. Maybe ask for a TW discount on top of that. Or their Ebay store has the ability to submit an offer.
