Idaho BS thread in the PNW

The whole thing that sparked this was a seized adjustment cam. Found a new cam and got bushing but the taco and 4Runner LCAs are identical so we use Konstas old set. If you do it have extra cams on had of ones that might get destroyed. (Made that mistake on Monday and fixed out "try" Tuesday)

 

Ha ha yeah I figured I would try this new ghost lift heard about recently. Apparently I get super amounts of flex out of it.

 

i ment the lift holding the truck up.. nice to work on that rather than the ground.

 

Ah yes that is definitely a lot nicer to work on that then the ground. Oh yeah and add the tools to the mix. What would have taken me all day and a half got done in 2 1/2 hours.

 

Holy shit. Stats final today was a doozy, but I felt good about it. Could complete every problem, every problem appeared to solve out right. Guess I have to wait to see. Got 2 energy drink for tonight, got my accounting final tomorrow at 7, get off at 11, and haven't been able to study for it at all, fucking work. 2 more tomorrow then I'm done!!


Also konsta, got my Saturday night covered so I don't have to be back at any time so we have plenty of time, depending on how far might be able to go out and play around and test it.

 

I can't wait to use your shop and get your help. you are saving my ass on this one man!

Lol shit I found out that my degree is super an timing to find an entry level job in so yep probably back to school for me or electrical apprenticeship lol

my schedule is so fucked trying to take enough credits to stay on track to graduate i can only work at jobs that pay, uh....shit. so im stuck. just want to get lucky and find a flexible job that pays ok.

 

Internships?

 

hard to get unless you are a senior. as ben said, we both have about 2 years to go, so plenty of people snatching those up that are more qualified. im still trying though!

shit i would love to do accounting work for minimum wage. the job experience is worth more than anything. but it just doesn't happen that way.





I have a couple friends that got jobs at a bank...pays alright and it up my field. But banks are open 9-5 on week days...guess when the only time slots for my classes are? all day tuesday, mornings wednesday, all day thursday and friday morning.

I can get jobs just off my résumé and background of sound gigs haha
