Theres a fucking Texas edition?! Is it called the TX pro or am i thinking of something different?

 

In Texas we have the Texas Edition haha I was told by the dealership that it was essentially the TSS but with cooler rims, tires, and badging.

 

Wanna sell me that emblem

Id fucking love to have that star emblem.

 

It's freaking BA right? haha yeah that and the rims were my deciding factor when choosing between the TX edition and the TSS.

If you can tell me what kind of rims these that'd be awesome cause everyone I've asked doesn't know and I'm really curious.

 

Id imagine just a generic brand from toyota that is special on the Texas and TSS editions. They look good for being a spoke wheel. Any idea on first mods?

I have so many ideas for what I want do first haha. I really want to put bed liner on my front and back bumpers to make them black instead of chrome and have that rough look to them (plus my side steps are covered with bed liner), I really want a bar across the roof to mount lights, I think the cargo baskets to the roof look sick too, and I need either a grill guard or a front bumper replacement.
Oh and the most reasonable mod I want to do is line my bed with LEDs to light it up red since I'm going to Texas Tech next year

 

1. Dont use bed liner, Use plasti-Dip.
2. Dont put on a bull bar, They make accidents worse.
3. Roof Baskets do look sick
4. Be careful with red-blue lights, Im not sure about your state but mine its illegal to have any Red and Blue lights on the exterior of your truck if your not an emergency vehicle.

 

1. I was considering plasti-dip but I was told bed liner won't peel off when you go mudding and wont scratch as easy.
2. Yeah I'm not a huge fan of bull bars but I didn't want to say anything cause I saw you had one in your banner haha
3. I KNOW RIGHT?! (I also have a weird obsession with jerry cans for some reason and want to have two up on the roof or in the bed haha)

Haha its all good man! Yah i plan on going with Demello for my front bumper and Relentless HC rear. Demello sliders and hopefully looking into a 6" lift with king COs. This the LONGGGGGGG run haha

 

He has plate bumpers now so it's all good to hate on the bull bars.

Only thing is my trucks a 2WD so I don't want to much weight on my truck and I wouldn't need a wench I don't think.

What all do you do? My truck came with skid plates so I don't need those. But I am looking at rear bumpers.

 

Look into OME coils. Save up and lift it before you put a bumper on it.
