Lucky guy, my buddy just left for Florida today. And nice man! I just went and talked to my Aunt the other day about what she would think my uncle would say if I asked to rent my Grandmas house that passed away a few months ago. And she said that they were planning on moving into there and that their house is going to be up for rent or I could buy it, ask her how much she wanted and she said 10k and its all mine...:typing::goingcrazy: So once my lease is up in August for my apartment I'm gonna start movin into that place. 3 bedroom 1 bath, huge field.. I'm stoked.

Yeah she originally bought it for 15k from her ex husband, Once they got a divorce. It is a single wide, but her ex made a lot of added on stuff like a pretty big living room and a dining room. Its pretty nice. I need to build a shop though.. It already has the concrete down for the floor from the shop before.

Rhino lining a canopy over the clear a good idea? Im buying a canopy off CL and I think I'm just going to make it black. Of course ill sand the shit outta it first.

If you sand down the clear then you'll be fine. You do not have to sand the clear off but you do need to sand until it is all hazy. You will also need to make sure you clean off any grease/wax. If it's not properly cleaned then your new coat will eventually peel/bubble. Go to the paint store and buy some wax and grease remover.

    1) wash canopy
    2) wet sand canopy (250-320 grit will do fine since you're applying bed liner)
    3) wash with soap and water (make sure soap doesn't have any wax agents)
    4) use wax and grease remover
    5) apply primer if your bed liner requires it, otherwise apply bed liner and let cure.

I used to have one where you press your foot down and it lifts it up.
