I blacked out the tail lights, marker lights in the front, turn signals in the front at the bottom of the bumper, 3rd brake light, and I painted the mirrors(they were chrome before, I don't like chrome). Rear bumper will be coming off soon to be painted black also, and the 2 pieces of chrome bumper up front will also be painted black. Door handles are getting painted black too. Trying to decide whether or not I am going to leave the emblems chrome or if I am going to take them off. Also trying to decide if I am going to get rims, and what kind. I will probably just end up powdercoating the stock rims black. The truck will be getting a 3" lift sometime this summer, along with some 33" tires. My next mods are : Deck plate mod, AFE Pro Dry filter, and Grey wire mod. Enough talking, here are some pics of the truck.

Tape, newspaper, and paint. 3 Thin coats and that's how it all turned out.

edit: VHT makes a spray on tint, if this stuff doesn't work out then that's what I am going to do next.

A de-badge and de-chrome would look really good on that truck.

I should have the wheels done in the next couple of weeks. My girlfriends dad owns a tire shop, gonna have him break them down for me. Gonna flip the tires, I can't stand the white letters on the outside.

That's what I am thinking. I am just wondering if it is going to show where the emblems have been on it. I guess a good wax/buff would take care of that. The state troopers are already eying the window tint

If it's not black, it will be :D

Thanks, she's 12 weeks old now. She's going to be a baby maker when she gets older

I don't know much about the tires, they're very loud in the cab though. I haven't had much of a chance to take it off road much yet. All of my friends tell me I don't need to take it off road.

Both bumpers are going to be black.

A question I wanted to ask... What is different about the limited tacoma's? Anything? It's got a sun roof, it just pops open though.
